About Certified Construction Consultants of Idaho

Certified Construction Consultants is an independent consulting and inspection service company. We provide these services for all construction projects, ranging from small residential renovations to large commercial developments throughout Southwestern Idaho.

Glenn Prichard founded Certified Construction Consultants in 1983 in Southern California. With more than 45 years of experience in inspection and quality control procedures, he has been involved with the disbursement of over a billion dollars of construction funds. Key clients included East West Bank, where he oversaw its Southern California construction loan portfolio for over 20 years, Far East Bank, Cathay Bank, Topa Thrift and Loan, Malaga Bank, and Brentwood Savings and Loan, among other lenders. Currently he is contracted by NorthWest Construction Control LLC, Land Gorilla, Granite Risk Management, Partners Engineering, and Built Technologies.

Prior to establishing Certified Construction Consultants, Glenn worked at Redfern Construction during the offseason of his professional baseball career with the California Angels. That experience taught him all facets of construction and sparked his passion for the industry.

In 2014, Glenn moved the company to Boise, where he now resides with his wife, Lori. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, visiting his daughters, and working in the shop.
